Introduction
This Anti-Bribery Policy outlines the Tragopan Security Solutions commitment to preventing bribery and corruption in all our business dealings. The purpose of this policy is to set standards of behavior that prevent employees and representatives of Tragopan Security Solutions from offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes or engaging in any corrupt practices.

Scope of this policy
This policy appliesto all employees and representatives of Tragopan Security Solutions, including but not limited to permanent, temporary, part-time, and contract workers.

• The Policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, family members, consultants, and contractors. Compliance with this Policy constitutes terms of service for each director, conditions of employment for each officer and employee, and conditions of providing services to the company for each consultant and contractor.
• This Policy extends across all the Company’s business dealings and to all countries and territories in which the Company operates. All persons covered by this Policy, in discharging their duties on behalf of Tragopan Security Solutions, are required to comply with the laws, rules and regulations applicable in the location in which TSS is performing business activities, and with respect to anti-bribery and corruption laws, rules and regulations. • Making all employees aware of their responsibilities to always adhere strictly to this policy.
• Training all employees so that they can recognize and avoid the use of bribery by
  themselves and others.
• Encouraging employees to be vigilant and to report any suspicions of bribery, providing
  them with suitable channels of communication and ensuring sensitive information is
  treated appropriately.
• Rigorously investigating instances of alleged bribery and assisting police and other
  appropriate authorities in any resultant prosecution
• Taking firm and vigorous action against any individual(s) involved in bribery.
• Providing information to all employees to report breaches and suspected breaches of this policy.
• Dealing appropriately with bribery prevention as part of its procurement and contract monitoring processes.

Policy Statement

• Tragopan Security Solutions is committed to complying with all applicable anti-bribery
  and anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
  (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.
• Tragopan Security Solutions prohibits all forms of bribery, including but not limited to, offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes or other inducements, whether monetary or non- monetary, directly, or indirectly, for any purpose.
• Tragopan Security Solutions will not make any donations, charitable or otherwise, if the purpose of such donations is to gain or retain business, or to influence any decision- making process in favor of Tragopan Security Solutions.
• All employees or representatives must report any suspected or actual incidents of bribery
  or corruption immediately to the Compliance Officer.
• Tragopan Security Solutions will not tolerate any retaliation against an employee who
  reports an actual or suspected incident of bribery or corruption.
• Tragopan Security Solutions reserves the right to terminate the employment or
  contractual relationship of any employee or representative who violates this policy.
